  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be in the same condition as received.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within [1-2 DAYS] of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, TrendVault will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Refund Process
